Enterprise Flex-E-Rent gets FORS reaccreditation 4th consecutive year

Specialist business to business commercial vehicle rental company, Enterprise Flex-E-Rent has successfully achieved FORS (Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme) Bronze reaccreditation for the fourth consecutive year, with the most recent audit covering the company’s 26,000 strong fleet of cars, vans, HGVs, specialist trucks and accessible transport.

FORS has over 3,500 operators signed up and is recognised as the ‘go-to-standard’ for safety compliance and best practice. The scheme is a UK wide concern; however, its importance for Transport for London (TFL) contractors and suppliers is where it is most widely recognised.

Danny Glynn, managing director, Enterprise Flex-E-Rent said, “So many of our customers are working and operating within the M25 network and on TfL contracts in particular. This reaccreditation ensures that those customers using Enterprise Flex-E-Rent vehicles in the London conurbation are fully compliant with the latest legislation and best practice, as the fleet successfully meets the requirements of TfL’s ‘Safer Lorry Scheme’ as well as its ‘Work Related Road Risk’ programme.”

Enterprise Flex-E-Rent’s FORS audit was managed by the company’s Transport Specialist, Gavin Mason, whose responsibility is to ensure that all the agreed FORS processes and procedures are consistently maintained across all of the 20 Enterprise Flex-E-Rent depots on an ongoing basis.
